A large dying silver maple in Topeka, KS was growing over the house and back deck, threatening both the homeowner’s house and the neighbor’s house and fence next door. We successfully used our GRCS [Good Rigging Control System] tree limb lowering device to lower all the branches before felling the main trunk. All brush, logs, and debris were chipped and hauled off the same day, leaving behind only a clean yard!
