I called in the evening, my wife was able to meet them the next morning, and our job was done 24 hours later! We had an extremely large old oak tree that needed to come down–it was done with such precision and safety. I ask tons of questions; Parats was super patient and willing to educate and provide great opinions and options. I couldn’t imagine a better deal either —I expected to spend way, way more.
